  • Course Description:
    The course introduces MS Project at an elementary level and then goes on to creating a project using most of the features available. The course is often presented in one day, if the delegates have a good understanding of how a project is handled. The course covers MICT Unit Standard: 120385

    Duration:
    7 - 14 hours.

    Target Group:
    This course is intended for a first time MS Project user, or delegates who are self-trained and would like to know the program better. Delegate would like to be assessed for a computer qualification or delegates who wish to obtain Microsoft Office Specialist certification can also attend this course.

    Prerequisites:
    The delegates must have basic Windows skills; handling the mouse, opening and finding documents and basic typing skills. A basic knowledge of Excel will be beneficial.

    Method of training:
    Instructor led, hands-on exercises using a computer. Groups not more than 12 delegates.

    Target Group:
    This course is intended for delegates who have a good knowledge of the Basic Concepts of MS projects. The course should be attended by a delegate who wishes to use all the possible features that the program offers. Delegate would like to be assessed for a computer qualification or delegates who wish to obtain Microsoft Office Specialist certification can also attend this course.

    Prerequisites:
    MS Project Basic and Intermediate. A good knowledge of Excel will be an advantage.
